Song lyrics: Fleshkiller - Warfare
An ember growing into a blaze
Ambition sparking in the hearts of kings
Machinery lurking and clanking
With zero remorse
Self preservation at any cost
Ages come, ages go
Vanity lives on
Throwing innocence into the fray
Ages come, ages go
Cruelty seeks prey
Never letting go
Fear begets rage
Reaping what we sow
Rage begets warfare
Fighting for domain
War begets death
Harvesting the pain
Death begets nothing
Human empires constructed
On the blood of the slain
Nations rise, nations fall
Vanity lives on
Nations rise, nations fall
Cruelty seeks prey
Never letting go
Fear begets rage
Reaping what we sow
Rage begets warfare
Fighting for domain
War begets death
Harvesting the pain
Death begets nothing
Away with the sword, arise with the plow
The stench of battle forever quelled
